J'ai aimé le confort et le calme de cet hôtel, ainsi que les attentions quotidiennes dans la chambre (chocolat sur oreiller pendant les fêtes) ! Il s'agit d'un hôtel de taille moyenne, comme une grande maison allemande réaménagée. Pour la communauté gay cet hôtel est aussi à conseiller puisque situé à deux pas d'une des rues gay de la ville et à quelques mètres de sites incontournables. Pour les non gay, pas d'inquiétude, c'est un hôtel neutre qui accepte tout le monde et respecte la vi_e de chacun. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very conveniently located. The bathroom and the room were spacious and silent. The hotel is rather old. Carpets and fittings are worn out. It is a nice building but definitely in need of some major refurbishments. |

Good point is close from the central station. Unfortunately the "Bath room" is too small and the Hotel has no elevator! I had a map but difficult to find the way to the hotel and we lost the way..... |

The bed especially the sheets and pillows were superb, the room was beautifully clean... The room very good...the staff were nice and friendly.... The walk from the station to the hotel gives a bad impression of Hamburg |
