Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique et le déjeuner très bien servi. La chambre était très très petite et sutout le lit aussi. Les oreillers ressemblaient plus à des boules mises dans du tissus et le matelas était beaucoup trop dur. De plus, les fenêtres n'arrêtaient pas le vent. |

This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. There is also a metro stop very close by, and it's a 10 minute walk to the Reeperbahn, however, it's far enough away to not be disturbed by any noise. Great hotel for the price! |

near where I needed to be be and public transportation Room was too small and except for 4 hangers to hang a coat or jacket, there was absolutely no room to store your clothing (no cabinet, no drawers, nothing) |
