Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The long-standing Theater am Holstenwall, subsequently known as the ROYAL Theater am Holstenwall, was adapted to the requirements of the hotel business in 2007.

Food & beverage

Breakfast is available from 07:00 until 11:00. Lunch packs and a light early-riser breakfast can be prepared on request.

The Bar 509 serves a wide range of refined drinks and tasty snacks in a relaxed atmosphere. During the day, you can savour different coffee specialities here.

Watch major sports events and special events on the big screen. Take advantage of complimentary newspapers, a variety of magazines, and the wireless internet hotspot.

Room information

The hotel’s comfortable, modern rooms are individually furnished and promise quality relaxation. The room categories differ in size but offer the same amenities.

Area information

The popular night-life haven, the Reeperbahn, is only 300 metres away from the hotel. Other attractions within a 1 kilometre radius are the harbour, the CCH congress centre and Messehallen trade fair, as well as the beautiful Planten un Blomen gardens. The city, with its beautiful Alster lake, Rathaus (town hall) and stylish shopping streets is only 1.5 kilometres from the hotel.

3 times a year the Hamburger Dom funfair comes to town. A popular attraction for locals, with free entrance and 100s of rides and food and beer tents, this is located only 200 metres from the hotel.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. There is also a metro stop very close by, and it's a 10 minute walk to the Reeperbahn, however, it's far enough away to not be disturbed by any noise. Great hotel for the price!

near where I needed to be be and public transportation

Room was too small and except for 4 hangers to hang a coat or jacket, there was absolutely no room to store your clothing (no cabinet, no drawers, nothing)

The staff, especially Yan, were so nice and so helpful.

I thought the breakfast was a bit expensive, especially if you were only having a coffee and some cereal

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war sehr gemütlich. Es gab eine Empore, wo sich eine Sitzecke, ein Schreibtisch, die Minibar und ein TV befand.

Fernbedienung fürs TV ging nicht. TV-Geräte sehr alt.

Hotellet ligger 15 min gang fra Hamburg Centrum og havnen - og er derfor en god base for et besøg i byen. Værelserne er lidt kønsløse og svarer ikke overens med det, som man ser på hjemmesiden. Personalet var meget venlig og imødekommende.

Rengøringen af gangarealer og værelser skal forbedres væsentligt.
